Academic Studies Press is a scholarly publisher devoted to advancing knowledge and understanding in the humanities and social sciences, with an emphasis on Jewish Studies and Slavic Studies. EMBO Press, is an editorially independent publishing platform for the development of EMBO scientific publications. EMBO Press represents the policies and practices of the five EMBO scientific publications that serve the global life science community. The International Journal of Population Data Science (IJPDS) is an electronic journal focussing on the science pertaining to population data, that is published by Swansea University. Life Science Alliance is a global, editorially independent, journal launched by an alliance of EMBO Press, Rockefeller University Press, and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press. It is committed to rapid, fair, and transparent publication of valuable research from across all areas in the life sciences.
LLC CPC “Business Perspectives“ was established in Ukraine in 2003 and publishes journals and books working towards the future of Ukranian science. Ogarev Mordovia State University publishes three journals – Engineering Technologies and Systems, Integration of Education and Russian Journal of Regional Studies. Oikos Editorial Office is an autonomous publishing foundation located at the Department of Biology, Lund University. It publishes a number of journals in biology and ecology on behalf of learned societies. School of International Relations, University of St. Andrews publishes Contemporary Voices – a journal to provide a space for students, academics and professionals to publish work focused on the study of international relations. Finally, in this category, UCL Press was established as the UK’s first fully open access university press in 2015 and has fast become one of the leading open access scholarly publishers in the UK, publishing both traditional peer-reviewed scholarly works and innovative research outputs.
New to the Medium Professional Publisher category is the Microbiology Society, a membership charity for scientists interested in microbes, their effects and their practical uses. It is one of the largest microbiology societies in Europe with a worldwide membership based in universities, industry, hospitals, research institutes and schools. It currently publishes seven journals of which two are OASPA compliant OA titles.
We welcome one new Large Professional Publisher member – IntechOpen, publisher of over 4,500 Open Access books. Readership spans scientists, professors, researchers, librarians, and students, as well as business professionals.
To our Supporting Services and Infrastructure (Commercial) category, we welcome Scholastica, founded in 2012, Scholastica is a web-based software platform with tools and services for publishing academic journals – from peer review to website design and article hosting to typesetting. Scholastica’s mission is to empower journal publishers to make quality research available more efficiently and affordably in order to facilitate a sustainable research future.
We are delighted to welcome six new Scholar Publisher members to OASPA. International Journal of Enteric Pathogens, from the Alborz University of Medical Sciences, is an international journal that considers any original contribution improving or shedding lights on health policy research and practice, or providing evidence about developing, implementing, and analysing health policies. Published by the Network for the Veterinarians of Bangladesh (BDvetNET), Journal of Advanced Veterinary and Animal Research is an international quarterly scientific journal publishing original research findings and reviews on all aspects of veterinary and animal sciences. Research Journal of Pharmacognosy is a publication of the Iranian Society of Pharmacognosy in collaboration with the Traditional Medicine and Materia Medica Research Center (TMRC). RJP welcomes manuscripts covering all natural products related areas.
