Publication Charge Policy | Article Processing Charges (APC) for Karger Open Access Articles range from EUR/CHF/USD to EUR3,700/CHF3,630/USD4,120. APCs support publishing service costs. APCs are not charged until a paper is accepted for publication and do not affect any editorial decisions. Corresponding authors in lower- and lower-middle-income countries automatically receive an APC waiver or discount in Karger Open Access journals. The APC for Karger hybrid journals is CHF 3,600.00 / USD 3,950.00 / EUR 3,750.00.
