Membership Application Form

Before applying, please ensure that you meet our membership criteria.


  • Enter the title of your journal or name of the organisation for which you are applying for membership.
  • Membership Class you are applying for:
  • Insert URL for your Organization / Journal.
  • Name and Affiliation
  • Add owner or description of corporate structure.
  • Add main business address in full.
  • Add email contact for journal related complaints.
  • Add brief description of complaint policy or please indicate if there is no specific policy on complaints.
  • Add brief description of publication charge policy.
  • Insert number of journals that your organization publishes that are fully open access.
  • Estimate the number of OA articles that your organization published in the past 12 months.
  • Insert number of books published by your organization that are fully open access.
  • Please indicate any other OA initiatives in your organization (such as hybrid OA schemes).
  • Add a link here to a full description of your policy on your website if available.
  • Add a summary of your policy in words here.
